I finally took the plunge and ordered a few items from this so-called "company" after being drawn in by their stylish designs. Normally, I’m pretty cautious about where I spend my cash online, but the positive feedback on their site made it seem trustworthy. The site clearly mentions that non-custom orders should be processed in 1-6 business days. I placed my order on a Monday during regular hours and ended up waiting over a week for it to be processed. After that long wait, I still hadn’t received a tracking number or any updates about my order. I reached out via email (which, by the way, is their only way to contact them) and after even more waiting for a response from customer service, I found out they hadn’t even gotten the item in stock yet. Not only was it unavailable, but it would take them over a week just to receive it before they could finally ship it to me! I was under the impression that they had everything ready to go after the processing time. Their business practices are both unprofessional and misleading, as customers are led to believe that items are in stock and will ship once the processing period is over. Now I understand why other customers have complained about long shipping delays. They really ought to be upfront on their website about product availability or at least clarify how long processing might take for ALL orders, so folks aren’t left in the dark! As much as I dig their jewelry, I won’t be placing any more orders with them.

I got sent a ring that was the wrong size. It took ages for them to get back to me. They expected me to return it and then wait four weeks for the right size to come back in stock?! Why couldn’t they just get it right the first time? The ring I got was like a size 5, but I ordered a 7. Why should I have to send it back when it was their mistake? I ain't got time to hit the post office for their error and then wait forever to get the right one. Plus, I ordered some earrings about two years ago and they came damaged. The customer service folks didn’t seem to care at all. I ended up tossing $70 earrings because they were totally unwearable. Seriously, don’t waste your cash here!

12/03: I placed an order for a necklace that wasn’t custom. The confirmation I got said, “Non-custom pieces have an estimated processing time of 1-6 business days.”

12/12: I emailed them with my order number to check on the shipping status.

No reply.

12/18: Tried emailing again.

Still no response.

12/19: I decided to send a DM on Instagram since they’re active there. (I also noticed they delete negative comments and buy likes…) I pleaded for some assurance that they’re not a scam, mentioning I totally get that they’re a small business and I really didn’t want to have to file a dispute with Paypal.

No answer.

12/21: I opened a dispute with Paypal.

12/22: Finally got a response, and my order was shipped.

During this whole ordeal, I kept getting marketing texts and emails. If a business can’t manage basic customer service for folks who’ve already paid, they shouldn’t be bombarding us with ads to buy more stuff. It felt like a real kick in the gut and made me worry I was being scammed. Sure, I know those marketing messages are automated, but if you’re ignoring inquiries from paying customers for weeks, maybe it’s time to tweak those settings?

Taking 13 business days to process when their site claims 1-6, while ignoring emails and DMs (but being active on Instagram) and only reaching out when a Paypal dispute is filed, adds up to a ridiculously unacceptable experience, no matter how small the business is. The shipping delay wouldn’t have bothered me if they had just bothered to respond to a single email or DM, or if they had communicated their actual processing time. I can’t even imagine how long it would’ve taken if I hadn’t opened that Paypal dispute.

The excuse of “We’re currently experiencing a high volume of order inquiries due to the holiday season and our recent promotional sales events” in their eventual reply doesn’t cut it. Processing orders is one thing; providing customer service is another. They always seem to have a “promotional sales event” going on; it went from “Holiday” to “End of 2021” to “New Year” to “Valentine’s Day” with no breaks in between.

I really like a lot of their products and was planning to order more after my first purchase, but it’s clear they don’t care about their customers at all. It’s not up to customers to bear the brunt of their failure to manage a business properly.

They need to hire a business manager.

Feeling let down. I placed my order on November 30th, paid for 4-7 day delivery, and here we are, just before Christmas, and my order still hasn’t gone out. I’ve reached out via DMs on Instagram, sent two emails, and even left comments on their posts, but there’s been no word on when my stuff will ship. I get that it’s a small business (which is why I chose to support them) and I ordered during the Black Friday/Cyber Monday rush. Still, not getting replies to emails sent weeks apart is pretty frustrating. I just want either my jewelry soon or a refund.

I had my eye on those trendy butterfly earrings for quite some time, so I decided to grab them from AliExpress, but they started to tarnish in just a few days. I was really let down, but then I discovered CHVKER. The shipping was a bit pricey since it had to travel from the US to Europe, but I went ahead and purchased them anyway.

They arrived a whole month before my birthday. I've been rocking them almost every day since May. I’ve tried to keep them away from water as much as possible, except for when it rains because I don’t always check the forecast, but they haven’t tarnished or changed at all.

I’m super pleased with the quality and the way they look, and I’d totally recommend buying from them because these earrings are definitely worth it!

The jewelry is nice, but honestly, the quality is lacking and their communication is just terrible. We’ve been waiting two months for a response, and my sister has been waiting for 18 months now... I really can’t recommend them. Not sure if it’s because we’re in Germany and things move slow, but over a year for a reply? That’s a hard pass for both me and my sister. We won’t be ordering again.

So, I’m here to share my thoughts on chvker (and yeah, I’m writing a bit long since there aren’t any other reviews around).

Recently, I ended up buying something not so great from another site, and I didn’t really check any reviews beforehand (definitely my bad). While searching for feedback on that not-so-great product, I stumbled upon Trustpilot.

Then, I kinda made another little mistake by not checking out chvker’s reviews before making a purchase, but it turned out alright, lol.

For Christmas, I asked for four necklaces/chokers from this site, and I was super lucky because my parents got me all four! (Thanks, Mom and Dad! I know they were pricey, and I love you both so much!) I received the sky butterfly necklace, the mini gem choker, the fabiola chain choker, and the blaze dragon necklace, which came to about $94 total. (Yeah, I didn’t realize they’d get me all four.)

Anyway, I’ve had them since Christmas, and I’ve been careful to keep them away from water and all that jazz. They’re holding up really well! I know they’re still pretty new, but I’m honestly surprised they’re not more popular! Their styles are totally in line with what younger folks are into, but honestly, anyone can rock them! There was this pearl necklace that a model wore, and it looked perfect for both casual and fancy occasions. I promise I’m not a bot or affiliated with the company; I’m just genuinely impressed with chvker right now :) So, if you haven’t checked out their site, you should! I think they have an Instagram too, but I just found them randomly online.
